If you mean these two Kwon posted then it's no worry. They're lean and have excellent insulin sensitivity. Regularly diet down as well. Sort of like an endurance athlete taking in 100 grams of sugar an hour while racing/training hard. Sugar is not always detrimental, it depends on if you make good use of it. A fat sedentary person eating tons of sugar is another matter. Milos Sarcev has probably eaten 400 grams of sugar around workouts, with extra insulin too, for decades and he doesn't have diabetes. Always lean, even now at 62.
