Some time ago I seem to recall he wanted to fight but he hadn't been in the screening program and the fight he wanted was too close as you need to be in the testing pool a certain amount of time. If I was a UFC fighter and knew I was going to be out for a longer period of time I too would take advantage and try to put on lots of muscle during that time. You could retain some of the effects long term. But like I said you don't then want to be hypogonadal prepping for a fight so I'd be curious on what he could and did do to restore function and so on. With his money he sure can afford the best help in that regard.

They both made weight and looked pretty good at the weigh in this morning.  Other than landing a one hitter quitter in the 1st round and a half, Conor has virtually no chance.  Max is going to kick the shit out of his legs in round 1 start piecing up his face and round 2 and the ref will save Conor from further damage in round 3.  That's my prediction.

Not a UFC guy and have never seen him fight, but when he was walking out he seemed to have a weirdly goofy look on his face, I remembered thinking "it looks like he was on something."  Then he seemed to do a lot of unnecessary strutting around that the other guy wasn't doing, wasting energy and focus. 

Does he normally do these things before his fights?

Finally, he immediately made that weird uncalled for jump kick as his very first move and seemed to come down wrong and that's when it happened.  Commentators were all saying that was an odd move.

Never really watched UFC. Decided to watch the McGregor fight.

He started to do this weird walk in the ring, which made him look like an utter moron. Then he flies across the ring with a kick and apparently breaks or tears something.

Never liked him, so didn’t care, not to mention, kind of funny that hardcore UFC fans are probably melting down about this.

All in all, a good night was had.
