Are you supposed to take creatine on days you don't workout? In my case, i can't workout on saturda and sunday, so should i not take it on those days?

Creatine will take a couple of weeks to build up in your system.  You typically "load" for a week on three teaspoons a day (15 grams) and then back off to one (5 grams).  However, I have found that when I did this, the results went back down.  I experimented with 3 teaspoons a day, every day and eventually settled at 5 teaspoons a day.  I believe my size may have something to do with this, at 5' 10'' and 250, I'm not exactly little.  As I recall, liver damage can occur at dosages of around 40 grams a day.

I also rarely get off of it and have lab tests conducted twice yearly.  No problems.

All the new studies say there is no need to load creatine.  This is especially true with creatine ethyl ester.  I recommend using creatine just on days that you workout.

I agree-I only use creatine on workout days-just try and find a high quality creatine-and since I started using it I can definitely tell a difference in my workouts and how my muscles look (much fuller even when I am carb-depleted).

I don't see why not. I take creatine every day I have it, whether I train or not. When I get my next batch of CELL-TECH, I'll begin another loading phase. My workout schedule has me off on Wednesdays and weekends. Usually, I start loading on Monday, which means that Wednesday, I'd be taking two servings (20 g creatine, total) even though that's a rest day. It works well for me.

My goal is to put on another 5 lbs during this next loading phase and maybe an extra eighth to quarter-inch on my arms.
