Don't bother with that attitude,  keep your head in the sand, I told you before you sure as hell don't speak for everyone on here, yet you continue to have have these delusions of grandeur. Have a nice day anyway. How's your training coming along are you still on the ascent or are just trying to maintain the status quo ?

How is my head in the sand?  I am asking him for evidence because I want to learn.  I am not a fan of government officials being able to invest in the market.

But you do know nobody watches the videos you post, I don't thinks that's really a stretch to say.  You yourself even know that your sources are biased, and have often been proven false.  I mean you know PBS, Lincoln project, MSNBC, CNN etc are all completely leftist organizations.

Still playing a few baseball games a week, so have modified trainnig to say, like 6-8 sets of 2-3 reps in the 80-85% max range, as I find this doesn't break me down as much which would leave me more susceptible to injury.  Hope you are training hard too, which I'm pretty confident you are.

What kind of a league do you play in ?    To be honest I thought you were older. I stopped playing tackle football in my early 30's as well as softball too.   Did you ever think of doing the reg park 5 sets of 5 routine ?   The last game of football that I played was against a bunch  20 -25 years old guys, my friend who was 31 at the time got his nose obliterated that's when I made my mind up to never play again as I was waiting for them to set his nose in the hospital emergency room.  GOOD TIMES  ;D

Do you have evidence that this was insider trading?

He obviously knows what government contracts are being given out, unless we are to believe he was incredible lucky to start a position the day of the contract? the fact that he has done it multiple times now isn't alarming to you? he has an app that sells information about market moving information to banks and wall street.

If I bought intel then announced that the government was buying a butt load and I was the one who made that decision happen, is that not insider trading? if not what is it?

I know how it looks.  It does look awful.

But what evidence do you have?  Just curious.

The Trump team maintains that the holdings are in fully discretionary accounts managed independently by third-party institutions using automated/model processes; that Trump, his family, and the organization play no role in selecting, directing, or approving specific investments; and that they receive no advance notice of trades (per Axios).

I do do the Reg Park 5 x 5 as well - actually alternate that with the 6 x 2 type stuff.  Didn't know that was a Reg Park thing.....cool.

I play in 45+ and 50+ baseball leagues, but they also have 58+ 65+, etc..

It is mostly ex-college players who never stopped, sprinkled in with some guys who played even higher.  For example, Oil Can Boyd used to pitch, etc...

And I can say with total honesty there are guys who are doing amazing things at ages people can't comprehend.  Seen 380+ foot HRs from guys over 50, diving plays, pitchers over 60 going 9 innings and 120 pitches with no walks, etc.  Seen a 72 year old guy hit one off the fence.......it's this cool subculture that nobody cares about, but it means everything to those playing, and they play to win.   There's even big time tourneys in Fla, Az, etc....It's a thing.

I know what he maintains but you actually believe that? that he isn't giving anyone information? come on dude.

The timeline and obvious conflict of interest is evidence of insider trading. He has inside information and is making trades which indicate he is acting on said information. He has done it over and over and over. This is how one establishes charges for insider trading leading to an investigation.

Pelosi is obviously insider trading, trump is even more obvious. Do you think Pelosi is not using inside information? trump dwarfs her returns.

I do agree it looks terrible.  But you don't have data supporting he is committing insider trading.

You would have to have information that he knew about something that wasn't publicly available and acted in a manner to profit. He is selling his tweets for money as he has inside information that can move markets. I mean it doesn't get more obvious does it?

Right.

Now apply this to election fraud and mail in voting, ballot harvesting, the recent LA mayoral race, etc.

Same thing.

But they investigated that. The only evidence, obvious evidence, litigated in court is trumps own attempt to steal the 2020 election. Of which there is mountains of evidence.

I would have to go through those items case by case tbh.

It's not a fair comparison at all. It's obvious he is insider trading, his stock picks and wins defy statistics. If pelosi was doing it he is doing it.

The only studies down on fraud, being bi-partisan at that, conclude that there is little to know substantial fraud. I don't even agree that the optics look like there is fraud.

You are like a message board cheerleader lol. I beat you have pom poms made of pasta

Similar to your Trump example, they would have to track every mail in ballot, watch who signed it, etc......can't be done.  It's simple common sense.

They will never have the "evidence" you seek.

This is the reason the left wants to continue the practice.

In that case you are suggesting that the reviews and bi-partisan inquiries findings are false? what are you basing this on?

You do have tracking of ballots cast. I think it's common sense to suggest fraud can happen its not common sense to say it is when they have inquired and found none of consequence and it is a felony which carries heavy penalties. We will have to agree to disagree on this. I again trust the best data we have rather then how I feel, however, I could be wrong.

The left want to avoid any shenanigans during the mid terms- they are on track to dominate, making massive changes which will cause voter suppression or allow trump to have any sway  (when he has tried the same thing before) seems extremely reasonable.

It can't be implemented in 10 weeks, it's impossible and again there's no real good evidence it's required. However, I think its a good idea overall.

Take your example.

You could easily submit 5 fraudulent votes.

How would they know?

Multply that by 1000+ households, and there you go.

No one has electoral rolls? you could not submit the same name twice unless they miss it, you could not use someone who isn't on the roll.

How did he get 5 ballots unless there's a breakdown in the process?

Or are you saying they continually botch this part, but everything else is air tight?

you all know [now who's a southerner wannabe] how I feel about donald J tRUMP's mental acumen, but I actually find his theory on nuking hurricanes and storms in the middle of the ocean somewhat interesting and maybe worth giving it a try. What do we got to lose at this point. that being said shouldn't a president actually be learning on the job? I find that hard with the last 2 presidents, sort of you can't teach an old dog new tricks. This is just my opinion, I could be wrong.  :o :o :o :o

Submit those 5 ballots and see what happens. You think they will count his vote 5 times?
