It was said with somewhat of a wink. Sometimes I feel I put too many smilies or quotation marks in my posts and hope people notice the subtle joke without them.
However, I have actually read this many times. It's said that white IQ is on average 100. Sub-Saharan IQ is said to be just shy of 70. Add in the white admixture in African Americans and split the difference.
On the face of it, is this obvious bullshit to you?
I know you are an antiracist and proud of having blacks in your family. You seem to believe in the leftist "born as unwritten books" ideology that denies genetics. Probably believe the state of the African American is due to social injustices.
