I would not be surprised if he was poisoned by someone beneath him in the chain of command. Putting that subordinate in the position to be his replacement.
I don't immediately suspect any foul play, I just see a man having a heart attack. But everything's "possible" you know

The messaging around this is a bit silly. Doesn't look like a very important figure first of all. And then he's said to have been killed after "threatening" the US. That part is especially ridiculous considering the Epstein regime attacked Iran, not the other way around. Self defense is apparently "threatening." It's like being upset Iranians "threaten" Trump and his family personally. When the US killed a religious leader of many tens of millions of people, and not just in Iran, and his family as well. The US has killed thousands of Iranian civilians (including that horrific Minab terrorist attack) but Iran is the one who is evil through and through.
None of this means I "love Muslims" or Islam, it's just about seeing how ridiculous some things are. This 'viral news' is such cheap propaganda, it's not anything for even half-serious people.
BTW, Ron Unz from unz.com has a wild Covid conspiracy theory. He posits that Covid was a US biowarfare attack against China and Iran. Many probably don't remember but right at the outset Covid killed a large percentage of Iranian political leadership. It's pretty interesting how Iran was a country particularly hard hit.
