During the off season about six weeks before mini-camps we would do  Saturday workouts (drills and conditioning) on the beach then my wife and I would BBQ for about 10-12 of my college and NFL players mostly linemen and a few position players. 7 of those linemen were Samoan.

We would spend probably close to 500.00 a weekend. My point, is these big lineman have to eat big, it's actually part of the job because of certain weight requirements. It's not PED's at least not with my crew. The NFL plus USADA would pop in my facility at will just to test, especially close to the season. Really miss these times…

Most of their weigh loss after retirement is just going back to a normal lifestyle which includes dropping weight just by normal eating.

You are delusional if you think the large majority of NFL players aren't on something, especially the largest/strongest guys who get hit as hard as possible by the other team's largest/strongest guys every snap.
