Yup, it's denny mac the last pitcher to win 30 games. 31-6 in 1968. Denny McLain used to drink about 24 bottles (or one case) of Pepsi-Cola every day during his playing prime. His heavy consumption was so well-known that Pepsi eventually signed him to a $15,000-a-year sponsorship deal, which included having 10 cases (240 bottles) delivered to his house every day.. He apparently switched to coke products in later years.
