TRAINING TIPS FOR MR. CHICKERILLO!!!!!

Hey bobby boy,

I have noticed that your quads are missing any kind of sweep to them.. and I also read in flex that your best bodypart was your hamstrings ??? lol care to explain? You work the glutesimus muscles overtime?

Ok so here goes!

First I want you to go to that abandoned rack where all the weights are dusty and beggin for your attention. You gonna need to squat butt first with the bar.. you know how to do it.. the same as in the bedroom except you gonna have some weight on your back.

So those are called squats. I want you to keep doing them until you drop down from exhaustion and are beggin for mercy. Keep your feet together and do 100 sets of 20 reps each. Do that 3 times a week and come back to me with the results.

Hmm.. I don't see any blue stars next to your name? Have you competed in a National NPC show? Have you won a National NPC Show? Have you competed in an IFBB Pro show? Hmmm... training tips, huh...

Perhaps you nee some from the True Adonis or 240? They might be able to help you a little better. But I am sure that Bob or another other NPC National competitor or a pro can take care of themselves. However, contructive criticism, if meant sincerely, is always appreciated...
