Trump, the only president in history who's every word is taken as literal. I think half the time he's just trolling to see what MSM and liberal do with the BS he spews. The other half he's probably halfway serious.
Sure, he said himself that his lies are just "truthful exaggeration," a unique and funny style for sure. I don't know if it's how a president "should" act though; in my opinion not very presidential.
There's also less flattering interpretations. That he's stupid, that he's suffering from frontal lobe dementia now, that he's insane. Some former diplomats and experts are certain Xi and Putin are convinced Trump is literally insane, so they are placating him to keep him happy. What's certain is that these countries have psychiatrists and psychologists doing psychological and medical profiles on world leaders.
A question: should someone like Trump have the ability to make a unilateral decision to order a nuclear strike? Experts say there's literally no checks and balances to a U.S. president's power in this regard.
One nuclear experts, Peter Kuznick, is so alarmed he's working on a letter to the Pope so the Pope will hold a summit with world leaders due to the current danger.
Peter Kuznick is a professor of history and the director of the Nuclear Studies Institute at American University in Washington, D.C.
