Yes. No one knows how, but it was during prime Covid lockdown season. Family was contacted, but wanted privacy.

He was a good man. He had been ill for some time, I'm guessing way before Covid. It's not my place to say but he told me about one issue. I obviously don't know why he ultimately passed.

I was genuinely saddened.

he was a decent bloke, jeez he was like a dog with a bone if you had a disagreement with him... I ended up offering an olive branch to end a feud because he was fucking relentless.

What were you two feuding about?  You could have also just "hanged dong" like that homeless guy to really rile him up.  LOL!

From my recollection, he was feeling a bit "low" as he said once.  Not really like sick = "something is wrong with me", but low = "I feel weird", type of condition.   And then it did whatever.  Was really unexpected apparently.

 I was friends with him on ironage back in the stone age of web sites. he was a decent dude with strong opinions. he helped liven up the board when he was here, his cheeseburger thread was classic getbig.

I cant even remember now, it wasnt anything serious he just wouldnt cave no matter how much I pushed him..

I thought when I first joined here it was easy pickings after trolling on other forums but no one beats getbig
