Serious question. Is anyone ready on here ready incase of a CW, tyranny, or even a natural disasters? If so, what provisions are you equipped with? For how may days? What's your defense? What kind of training have you had to implement if such things sould happen?

Since I always think about pharms, it would probably be good to have antibiotics, strong pain killers, Valium or similar, perhaps a few epinephrine pens, corticosteroids. Can't get to hospital and you are seriously injured, what are you going to do without some of these drugs?
Coach, do you drive around with tourniquets like Tim Kennedy? He always talked about having them on him even on family trips LOL, and they may have saved his life in the Congo recently.
For some reason I was on some site that sold emergency supplies for preppers and they had pallets of water in cans, UV light sterilized with an 50 year expiry date. Water would be good to have on hand. As Milos Sarcev says, salt and water are the first things to sustain life.
The UK is preparing the public for war with Russia. Or so it says. Emergency supplies for 96 hours ain't shit and if there's war with Russia you need a deep bunker. The elites have them, the public is fucked.
