Yeah dude still training I am weighing 105kg(230lb)at the moment, I think I weigh about 90kg(198lb) in those photos, my last show i did i weighed 96kg(211lb), I am flying to Austin next month to help lee get ready for the PDI NOC, and have been sent a NOC contract from Wayne , but I am still thinking about it , actually I have a lump on my back , that is prominent when I am dieted down , its a spireled hardened muscular growth (very common apparently)and I was wanting to get it removed if I competed again , as I haven't done any thing about it as it is purely a cosmetic worry and since I wasn't competting I didn't give a toss, so I have to look into that first ,or I might not give a toss and do the show with it , hey its a muscle , I might get a extra piont !!! :D

is that the ball at the top of the back but below the neck like Johnnie O has? I remember an old MMI thought it was a new steroid abnormality/side effect.

No my lump is just below my right shoulder blade, its a little smaller than that in that pic , but when dieted it is clearly visible , when it first appeared I thought "oh shit here we go cancer "but upon getting it checked out it was all fine and is just a muscular growth that grows in a spiral formation and that makes it hard , pretty simple to remove apparently , just a local shot and a scalpel and stitches , but that will hinder my helping lee sooooo i don't know , oh the pressure !!!  :P

well I wasn't going to because HRDCORE seems like he knows a lot more about length then me but.. here's my two cents.. neck hangs! Sorta like pulldowns except you attach the aparatus to the neck and put twice your weight to make any kind of strides. Within 4 hours he should feel like he is on a whole other level.  ;)

Sorry to bug you again, HRDCOR, but is it like the one Luke Wood has on the left of his lower back near where his thumb is? Looks like a bump to me, or an injection site . . . of vitamin B, of course.

Nah its bigger than that , that looks like the begging of a pimple to me , you know one of those ones that swell but dont come to a head , the ones that hurt !!!

My lump is about the size of a 600ml coke top !!!

Daryl won the Mr NZ last year but due to NZs stupid drug testing affiliation with the NZ govt drug testing regime(which includes out of competition testing!!) he has lost his title and been suspended for 2 years , All Mr NZs for the past 5 years or so have been suspended along with heaps of others , it is bull shit really , considering the NZFBB president used to use drugs and sell them and now he is suspending people for the same thing he used to do , along with getting the NZFBB in huge dept !!

Thats what that Daryl means to me , besides him being a good guy and we did his nutrition that helped him win Mr NZ !!

Another top NZ athlete that will move to Aussie !!

well fyi he's recently moved to Perth...Ive been talking with him of late at my gym and he has BIG plans and a few ideas so i hope things can fall into place for him...he certainly has the desire and size potential.

Was weighing about 122kgs last night (about 270lbs)
