No idea if Dave is clean now or not, but my best guess is that he is. He is usually about 20-30 pounds heavier and just as lean.

Nothing wrong with being healthy and not abusing your body.

he looked less purple and very small, his arms were about 18 at best

BUT having said that, before now I never thought that Cutler stood a chance against Coleman at the Olympia.  With recent developments, however, it's possible Iron Jay might actually pull off the upset this year.
