vinnies build is in the mold of bob paris and steve reeves,great shape with excellent tie ins,thats what a bodybuilder should look like imo

It really gives me pain, Vinnie should be an IFBB Pro 12 years ago, it is really sad that, he still trying to be a pro, and even worse, he's thinking about competing in pro league.
Vinnie, you have great structure man, it should be very hard for you to competed all these NPC shows, after your '93 USA win...
How did you get the motivation, to try over and over again?
I'm really curious, and don't get me wrong, I really think you are a very good bodybuilder.

to be honest, I have always had a full time job. I  never looked at bodybuilding to support me.
through the years I have been very lucky to have traveled the world doing seminars and guest posing.
And being a rep for UNIVERSAL for over 9 years.

I never thought i'd be a pro anyway, I NEVER thought I was that good....I know my flaws.

because guys like me compete year after year, and post here....i think some people think that is the only thing on my mind.
I own a business...my studio trains people from Cancer survivors to people with MS

I would not change the road that I have been on, I look back and i'm happy with what I have done.

anyway, if i did turn pro...i'd get killed, and probaly would never have been able to market my self to Universal or have been able to travel and guest pose.

it's all good to me.

I respect your objective, and yes, you are one of the most popular amateur bodybuilder ever (currently, you are no more amateur though)
I still believe you had what it takes to be a pro, come on, you are much better than, say George Farah.
Anyway, you don't have any bitter memories about your NPC days, it is good, regrets doesn't help, good luck at PDI

George is a great guy and an awesome bodybuilder.
From Manion to Weinberger to Pam Betz....everyone in the NPC/IFBB have been nothing but fair to me, I have had no bad memories.

vinnie will most likely train till hes old and gray,he enjoys it and that means more than any card imo,hell get his pro card one day and its always better when you wait longer for something.his never quit attitude will pay off

vinnie they are having a photo shoot with fedorev at apollon gym in edison sunday,you should stop by and check it out,it would be really cool to have you and fedorev in the same gym on the same day,ill have my camera loaded for pics of both you guys
