Found this on youtube. There are a pile of bodybuilding vids on there, including a Ronnie/Jay 2001 Olympia posedown. I think this one is the best one though. Hope it works.

I would never even THINK about being sarcastic about alexxx. I hope he doesn't think I was either. Mind you he is as smart as he is huge I bet, so I know he knows I meant well. Phew, that could have been close.
