Mindspin has a awsome physique but even I see you are hating here bro.... You think you would be bigger than Norton if you competed clean when you where like 199 on the sauce?

That kid is just as ripped as you there apparently clean. I am a huge fan of Yemenis physique but if he natty(which is totally believable) calling him shitty is plain absurd.

layne is really impressive in these pics. he looks like he kept some muscle mass for once, he s what a very knowledgeable natural bber should be.

I respect his physique and him far more than any "ifbb pro bber".

At least layne masters how to build muscle, while these homos masters how to juice.

not natural! but CLEAN. i also doubt the clean i suspect use of gh (cant and wont be tested in the near future) and short half life tab form anabolics (winstrol most likely or anything else at the 8-12hr range half life) beside that he is pretty much natural.

One thing this guy has never touched............a squat rack! Legs are very subpar even for natural show. Numerous "clean" athletes with much better symmetry. Excellent conditioning though, the guy obviously diets hard.

not every guy who uses gh get huge out of it. not every guy who uses gh get abdominal space from it...its depends on your genetics disposition. many guys only get shredded/ripped on gh at low dose since it makes it easier for them to get their bf% down to where it needs to be....then 2-4 weeks pre stage time they will eliminate the gh out of the equation. i would say this guy used/use gh at low doses! im 100% sure he uses anabolic form tabs such as winstrol.

You asked us to critique his physiquel, not his SAT score. He is in excellent shape and may be a bright lad. I come from a time when natural meant tuna and chicken breasts, and the only supplement around was milk'n egg powder. In my books, none of these lads are truly natural. Supplements,creatine, nitrox, thermos, etc is not a form of chemical enhancement? Clean or not, the boy needs some legs. Period. Amen.

I had a kid about 15 years old the other day come into this store I work in at school and ask about creatine. First question was: "Hey, what is creatine? Is it like a steroid?" It's something that I get a lot, the other is some fat lady asking me "Now, is this diet pill gonna work?"
