Equipment or rules specific to an era was fair becuase it was OPEN and done by all. Drug use is done behind the scenes, and is the worst kept secret in this or any other sport now.

Depends on whether you are Saudi or not. If Saudi, not much if anything. Anyone else and it's going to be some jail time. You have to understand the society; the Saudi's are elite, more so than any other society I've even seen. They have public executions where they cut the head off of people almost every single week, and never (to my knowledge) is it a Saudi. They also cut hands off too for things like stealing. Brutal. A lot of my brothers(Marines) went and said it was insane, I tried to go but our commander caught wind of it and nixed it. They call it "chop chop square".

Yes, it is the citizens of the other countries that do all the work too. Bus drivers, shop owners, you name it...even their military we met were foreigners. All the working class is imported. Granted, this is what I saw, maybe there are working class Saudi's but I never saw any in the month and a half I was there.

From what I heard (from what the others saw), they guys who were getting their heads chopped off were very weak as if they were drugged, or had blood drained. There was no way they were going to put up a fight.

another side note..my mum ws once buying jewelery in saudi..when it ws prayer time..the shop owner just up n left..left the jewellery sitting right there on the country..told mum he'd be back and in the meantime she could try on anything she wanted ..
