We've all been owned

Whether we want to admit or not we have all been owned. I know you are all saying wtf?

Well out of all the getbiggers on here 1 guy took it upon himself to put up or shut up, and in this case he put up...

I am speaking about Mike Arvilla.  This guy had the balls to post a pic of himself which I am the first to say was very laughable (sorry Mike, don't take it personal) but again decided to shut the get big critics up...The haters and internet tough guys that have never and will never diet for a show or bench more than 200 lbs.

Mike whether you place 1st or 20th you are already a winner!!!! You are an inspiration to many, yours included and seeing your drive and determination has fueled me to step back on stage in the very near future.....

Keep up the great work...the finish line is in sight...

Your dedication and hard work surely are paying off for you!
I wish you the best of luck for your contest. You're looking fantastic!!!!!

Oh and Cheri, you are doing a great job being at Mike's side, cheering and helping him along with his contest prep.
Nothing beats the feeling you will get seeing all of his hard work paid off when he will be up
on stage doing his routine.  You will be proud.  Trust me.  I've felt that way when helping
my boyfriend in his contest prep. and it sure does feel good to see the end results! It definitely is worth it! I was very proud of his accomplishments, as you will be, too, of Mike's!

I usually enjoy most of your remarks but this is just ridiculous.  His biceps look perfectly normal, no wierd shape to them or any other telltale signs.  Did you ever think that he is still a young kid who enjoys out door activities with his friends.  Hell, I had loads of scrapes and bruises when I was younger skate boarding, play fighting and what not.

LittleD, I am already very, very proud of Michael.  This show will just be icing on the cake (he is going to do so well there).  He is awesome and so dedicated.  He is an amazing man and I could ask for nothing more.  I am very lucky to have him in my life.  He has taught me so much in just these past few months and has encouraged me to work just as hard for my own goals. 

I love you Michael Arvilla and I am so very proud of you!!!  :-*

I believe he means mostly those who doubted Michael.  I don't know now long you have been on the boards CQ, but there was a lot of negativity about his "physiqe" and what he could do with it some time ago.
