Whether you think you can or you can't, you're usually right. If others can't look like that it's because they don't believe that they can.

Actually they just don't want to put forth the effort. Take Bob for example, he started his diet for the Masters at 10 weeks out, think if he started 12 weeks, or 14 weeks out. It would have been the second coming of Ronnie Coleman!

Much like 240's obsession with Bob, Bob needs to instill that kind of desire and enter the Olympia and dethrone Ronnie.

So true, and so sad for those, that have limited minds.  They could have been, so much more.

I've yet to see a pro BB being as dedicated as Skip LaCour.

Whether or not he's natural or not, I'll leave out.

But his pre-contest preparation isn't some 12 week little routine, or something like that.

He's in better condition at 4 months out than fat boy Cicherillo was 5 weeks out.

From what I've seen, Skip needs around 6 months to get into contest shape.

And that is coming in from an already very impressive lean offseason condition.

LaCour may go a bit overboard with his diet sometimes, I think he had a slice of cake on his birthday six months before the contest, but that was all he cheated that time.

Compare that to Cicherillo, Ruhl, Gayboy Cormier and the rest.

The only one I've heard of who could compare to LaCour, is Yates. But even he isn't at the same level.

Drugfree or not? That is not even important. Look beyond that.

LaCour sets a new standard for living Bodybuilding at least.

Skip is on drugs but just a little bit!
I think we should have something like that, "moderately juiced bodybuilders association"
It would much more aesthetic, more healthy, obtainable and above all it would be honest...

If you have an iron will.  If you are methodical.   If you enjoy the journey, and not just the destination.

Then, YES!!

Layne Norton achieves similar conditioning and he is a lifetime natural.
