218 TO 220 WAS MY WEIGHT BACK THEN I WAS 220 AT THE NOC IN 2000.

Lee is proven bopdybuilder with a long, impressive record, but I still think Heath would be tough for 99% of all pros to beat when he looks like he did in Colorado.  Howard

That suprises me Lee you actually had 30 pounds on Franco Columbo in the 90s at 225.I take your word on it, Getting that ripped at 225 is phenomenol is it the only factor you dropped the 25 pounds for better conditioning in the Hamstrings and Glutes or is it you have better symytry at 200.

you all need to stop it with the glutes. Lee has made it clear that it's not a glute contest and won't come in to show glutes. When that glute stuff started and they were talking about coleman's glutes so much i felt like it was really stupid right from the start.

 Dorian actually did have striated glutes! I don't think they are the be all and end all of conditioning tests.

Wow! Look at the calves on Lee, better yet all three of them have great calves. That's rare in bodybuilding. At the Colorado show between Heath, Charles, and Henry, Heath had the best calves out of them :-\

Yeah i have two big muscles in my hand they don't have i will through in the front double hand shot.Extra points there ...:)
