Getting back to Franco, despite flaws he *did* have some of the best density & dryness over the last few decades, like Yates.

Perhaps Arnold gave Franco the wrong advices prior to the photo shoot. Arnold must have told him that wearing posing trunks backwards was the latest fad to come out of American bodybuilding. He probably told Franco that if he wanted to win the Olympia someday he would have to follow the latest trends out of Venice Beach... He probably told Franco that the Weider "Reverse Posing Trunks Principle" was a great way to psyche out his opponent, and would leave the other guy utterly confused and defeated in the above posedown.
