I loved it too Amy. No they moved to a new location down the street but that building (the old one) was one of those classic old brick industrial buildings built in the early 1900's. If it was in a better neighborhood, it would be one of these buildings that gets refurbished and converted to a new office building or loft apartments. It was a cool building for a gym.

It's still empty. The atmosphere was great in there! When I first started going there there was, the Natale's, the Greeks, Bob Chick, George Farah, Danny, Defoe and Lisa, and a whole bunch of other huge people. It was a tad intimidating. I liked the deadlifting platform in the middle. The only thing that really sucked was going down the stairs on leg day.
