Where is London?

Just got off the phone with Jack, he has been busy transferring to a new job.  He is still training hard and has been dieting.  He started pre-contest dieting 3 weeks ago, he said "Yeah Ant. I think I started to diet way to early, already have striations and good muscle separation"  Kinda sucks to diet for 3 weeks and get that hard!

LOL he was not fired, Jack is a professional in and out of bodybuilding.  He will be back on GetBig next week, he will go into all the details...

Dude is hard as nails with only 3 weeks of dieting....

Jack and I are going to train together in the next two weeks.  We are also trying to hook up with Galanti to join us!
