said it before and i'll say it again, he does have great arms. shame about the pec cause aside from conditioning which he could fix with time he is young he could be a real future threat. who knows maybe he could overcome the pec tear. there are other pros that have excelled and succeded with underdeveloped pecs, lee priest anyone? nothing against lee everyone has their strength and weakness lee has many good qualities his pecs are not his best part. so if federov brought his pecs up he could match lee in terms of developement.

He is so hyped on this board it is ridiculous,he is not in the pro league caliber physique wise.he can be be mr russia a hundred times still dosen't matter here .he dosen't stack up,some people have good gym bodies but standing on a bbing stage is a whole new ballgame and he is one of them,give up on him already

I'll tell you what happened to this guy. He got overrated when he competed against Cutler and Coleman in shows where both were coming off the Olympia (not in OLYMPIA condition, close) and he was being compared against nobody lineups and he had homefield advantage in Russia. Put him on a plane, on foreign soil, against stacked lineups, and he falls apart. Add in the torn pec, him being too young to completely knows what works for him, and this guy will never fulfill the promise FLEX put so heavy on him. i.e Richard Jones, Chris Cook, Gunter, and now Federov

You guys don`t know shit.
Fedorov was unbelieveable in 2003. In that condition he was top six material at the Mr. O. So the hype was ok. Lightyears ahead Chris Cook for example, who wouldn`t have a chance at an Amateur European or World Championship.
Unfortunately since then he wasn`t in that condition anymore. That`s the point I don`t understand, we all know his chest problems, but why is his conditioning so horrible ?

I just think the dieting part is tough for him (I have heard that it may be a fod quality problem in Russia - due to lack of labeling, standards, etc). That would certainly make it tougher. But he just need to learn to come down earlier to ensure that he is low enough...

He’s another Kovacs: BIG bulky muscle that’s fun to look at or grope but not cut out to be a pro bodybuilder. He has terrible lines, ugly muscles, and should train simply for the fun of it. He will never be in the first or second tier competitor.

umm..how can you mis label chicken breast and potatoes? wouldn't he be on a strict diet during comp prep? also they all access to the same drug. I would even argue that he has more access being from russia. He doesn't have the same governmental restrictions as the US.
