Eryk Bui DVD

I ordered his DVD and here are my comments:

Pro:

I think he presents himself well in-front of the camera.  He is an excellent teacher and in my view has good knowledge. 

Con's:

Too much posing and sun tan lotion.  It actually turned my stomach.  And tooo little content.  I would love to see a video that is more focused on him teaching and suggesting different movements in the gym.

Overall I learn a couple of things but glad I had a fast forward!

Bui is a very nice approachable guy i have not seen the movie but after seeing his lifts i do believe he is the strongest bodybuilder pound for pound

Was it the training DVD that he did prior to winning the 04 nationals? If it was that one there was a lot of lifting and Eryk uses heavy weights that are impressive.

I agree those scenes were crazy, but in my opinion a great DVD, not to mention that Eryk is just a cool guy, especially if you talk him.
