I don't know about busy-Governor is his first 9-5 since arriving in America in the 60s, and he had a huge trailer of workout equipment brought to the movie sets. Maintaining doesn't take much anyway.

Funny thing is he seems to love training and BB more than most. The heart situation means he can't go too high in intensity; I think he does daily cardio though.

No doubt genetics; others don't seem to have such a pronounced contrast. IMO most legit powerful guy wouldn't lose as much as he has; weightlifters would probably think he's the classic phony BB with little real size.

Just saw that recent Star shot up close; he looks about as bad as in the post-op pic, and he's not even 60.

Yep, I had the exact same thoughts. Even while watching Predator I thought, "those guys are jacked!!" I saw it again recently and just laughed....couldn't believe how small Arnold's back, shoulders and triceps were!

He was only around 210 for Predator, knowing that extra size was redundant for the role and as always able to yo-yo the weight up and down almost at will. Looked big for the 80s on a big screen, and a lot bigger than most other actors even now; no reason to go bigger.

Why wouldn't I watch Predator...that movie kicks ass......if you got a good sound system you should turn it up during the scene where they all randomly blast away at the jungle after Ventura got whacked by the Predator....kicks ass!!!

I can remember watching the Terminator at the beginning, where he stands up and all you see is this massive chest, and then walking away you see his backside, that huge slope of traps.....I thought it was so amazing, probably why I started lifting weights much later on---it was in the back of my head from my childhhood. Anyways, he was still kinda big in that movie, not sure what his weight was.

in the line at the grocery store i was flipping through one of those celeb magazines for pictures of hotties. i ran across the picture in question. he didnt look great but he did look better than the pics posted here of him. i doubt most of us will look as muscular when we are 59

Predator was just on Encore. As i was watching I realized that just about everyone in the damn movie was on gear.

Me 2 bro! When I was a kid I must've rented that movie 20 times! Still my favorite movie.
