Miggy do you think scrambled eggs must be made with cream, as the French insist, or are you less of a purist and will accept milk. Also, do you prefer to cook your scrambled eggs slowly over very low heat, or do you advocate medium heat and just pour a little milk/cream in at the end to keep them from getting too dry?
