I wanna know if any of you have been able to enlarge your frames? Bone structure.

DoggCrapp was supposed to write an article on that but since he is such a lazy guy I bet he hasn't yet. Don't know for sure because those fat asses at intensemuscle.com banned me.

Any of you have articles or more information on that particularly about shoulder width. Thank you.

Sounds like an urban myth.  Maybe you could come up with some magic trick to increase your skeletal width during adolescence but it's definitely not possible after!  When your bones have stopped growing, they've stopped growing.

Some people say breathing squats and pullovers will expand your ribcage.  Maybe if you do them when you're a teenager.  But after that I really doubt it!

ive had good gains using that excersise, i can headbut 500lbs for around 6reps now.

once the growth plates have fused, you can't get them to grow.  The only way is to break the bone, let them start to heal and continuslystretch them out using pins and metal rods.  This has been used for short people to lengthen the legs so that they can achieve a more normal hieght

too small joints geberally mean u wil be a hardgainer and never bee overly big. big bones will make u look like a PL. there is a happy medium

i am at the happy medium but.. Its not bones size I want.. I want to make my shoulder bone structure wider.
