I would go with a wavemaster bag - can move it around  - easy to adjust the height

Do a search for Ringside.  They have the best quality boxing stuff at the cheapest prices. I think it's Ringside.com. Instead of getting a plastic junk bag you might get a quality bag for almost the same price.  Get a paper catalog from them.  I think it has more stuff than the web site.  They make good stuff.

try getting a 100+ bag.  Especially if you are going to use it for kicking too

Ok, I got a 70 lb bag from a friend for now.

Can anyone give me a link to a website or book or something that shows me some moves?  Right now all I know to do is some straight on punches and high kicks.

Thanks
Ben

yeah that's some good links, a video beats a book any day, dont forget to wrap your hands and get a pair of special bag gloves (not sparring gloves)
