Most of them are wack jobs.  They don`t realize that all you have to do is expend all of your calories that you are taking in and just get enough protien and you will be ripped.

The shit cannot be any easier.

most people just consider him a steroid guru but dan duchaine knew his shit on all levels...bodyopus is an awsome book.

I was thinking the same. Chris Aceto - Laura creavalle's husband (don't know if he still is) seemed like a knowledgable, reliable guy (at least from what I could make out of his articles in various mags). He used to help out Mike Francois and even Jay Cutler. Don't know if Jay still consults him or not though. His articles in FLEX mag were very informative and useful.
