lol,but the really sad thing is im 41 and only workout 3 months a year and still have more quality muscle and strength then sarcasm and his girlfreind joanna put together,i honestly think i can bench more then you and him put together,hahaha.dont yous children have a harry potter movie to go jerk off to now

the difference is i really dont care about what any of you think,do you think i give a shit?obviously not cause i post crazy ass pics all the time and im more concerned with how my training is going and my diet,i just come on here to kill time man,i train for grapplin tournaments as well as bodybuilding contest,theres the difference,i just dont sit on these boards waiting to pick someone apart i actually compete bro,you should try it sometime and then you can be on my level,until then your on my just talk type list.prove yourself and then you can talk alittle more shit.anyone can sit behind a computer screen and talk shit but not everyone can walk the walk,let that absorb awhile and get back to me

yeah like im not here to kill time either ::)

if you noticed other than a total of  15 minutes..i was barely one since thursday...I admit i that i look at the forums for info on training but this is merely entertainment.. i play b-ball and futbol in my spare time ...sorry i use my training for more acceptable sports....I call it as i see it gracie..and forgive me for making fun of you ...sorry mate

Well I hope everything works out with that gracie no kiddin aside I just like to rib people here and there.... a new child is a blessing  if you are the age yo usay you are then you look better than 95% of the poplation that is that age... i was at the beach all weekend so i was reminded how fat america really is ..
