I'm an overweight ectomorph. I have way too much fat, only around my waist though (5'11.5" 185lbs). I've also got a good muscle base (275lbs full deadlifts for 10 reps - just to give an idea). Should I still be eating a high amount of carbs if I want to lose weight? Because I've been quite fat before, I put on fat quickly if I neglect my diet and excercise.Any ideas? Is this enough info?
yo man i think we are having the same problem but im 5'6 225......with good amount of muscle but carrying fat....yeah u might be sensitive to carbs like i might be...so thats why im scared of doin post workout carbs when people say its a MUST
is 275 really a heavy deadlift for anyone? i mean honestly?
