Unbeleiveable!!! the guy had just started a proper eating plan. I mean he is actaully getting more than 3 meals per day. Never does cardio and looks like that!

Seriously its just awsome to see. His continueous balls to wall training style keeps him in such greats shape!!
If you only knew how hectic his lifestyle is and to keep this condition is just amazing!!

Too see him relaxing even for a few hrs in the Carribean is great!
