A 200 lb. athlete with half bush's explosiveness could deadlift 450 easy w/o ever having trained that lift specifically. Do yourself a favor: go in and watch some good (forget top) college football players train before you come around here spouting your nonsense.

Football players exaggerate their lifts all the time. Some of them are incredibly strong, but they are in a minority. The combine record on the bench press is around 40 reps, which is roughtly equivalent to a low 500's max bench. It isn't even that impressive when you consider that the record holder weighs over 300 lb, and that they don't even have to do full reps.

My metabolism is extremely high, My doc always tells me to eat more and put on fat, but I am happy with my appearance. Anyway, I was just trying to get under Sarcasms skin. You can tell he is one of those guys that has a hard time getting lean. Didn't mean to come off as a dick. Everyones built different and has their own idea of what "looks" good.

Mike Kudla defensive lineman from ohio State (who my steelers were smart enough to sign as a free agent ;D) just tied the record at the combine with 45 reps

Bobby, i was just giving him a hard time. He gave me so much shit when I came her casue I truly am a fatass. He needed to make sure I knew it, so I just think it is funny that some one is giving him hell for being fat. Funny thing is, I had no idea about his "weight" problem, I took a guess and he brokedown and was like "yeah, I admit, I am 15% bf, 232, etc." He seems like a good guy though, as do you. good luck bro.
