To increase hammies I make them have thier own day...
I use to have smaller hams, but I did htis for a year and it worked.Plus it allowed me to get a bigger back, ala the Deads and Trap work on Ham day.
Plus on Quad Day, a good way to warm up the hams for squats is to superset leg extensions with lying leg curls. Do about three warmup sets then jump into squats
Day 1 Quads
Squats,Lunges,Hack,LegPress,Leg Extension
Day 2 Chest Abs
Day 3 Back (Lats Only)
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Deadlifts, Leg Curls, Stiff Legged/Calves/traps, Abs
Day 6 Shoulders Arms
Day 7 Rest
