if you hold a contest for years and years, but the results never get published, in the future will anyone know they even existed?

I've made many requests to the WPF for previous contest results.  They supposedly have been holding a Universe every year since 1989, and they think they're a major player.  The only year I was able to get results from their website (which is now gone), it contained so many misspellings, and only gave first initials.  One rather well known European female athlete had her name spelled 3 significantly different ways in 3 different classes.

if athletes go to all that effort to enter your contest, you should make the effort to report the results.

all you need to set up a federation is a high school stage, a flood light, and some guys in banana hammocks. do these guys even have a website, or are they operating out of the trunk of a 89 honda civic?
forget what you know

they use to have http://www.worldphysiquefederation.co.uk, which had very little info.  but then the founder retired and no one renewed the domain name.

They hardly have competitors in the US and no audience. It's a waste of time.
