Yeah, and your point??????

I used to train @ Temple University's powerlifting facility. We were National champions back then. This is true, that I never did it in a competition, but I did do it. Weighed about 330lbs and was 18 yrs old. Simple inzer suit, nothing fancy..today, the technology helps too much. I also benched 661, without a shirt, well we had shirts but they were the thin inzer ones, not even denim. This is back in the 80's.

answer your Q.... Oh, and I can still bench 500+ in a tank top. I inclined 405 Last night for 8.

You move some serious Iron Jack!  8)

Thanks, whats funny, I would have qualified for the Olympics, because that was the year they added it as a sport. I would have gone on to win an olympic Gold medal!!!!!!!

Bad move on my part, but hell, what ya gonna do??

You probably confuse it with the World Games, the "alternative Olympics".

Powerlifting's never been part of the Olympics.

Still, seems like you have great potential for powerlifting. Honestly, if you got those numbers at a meet at 18 years old, juice or no juice, your potential as a powerlifter is enormous.

And it still is, IMO. Sure, you've fcuked up some of the fast twitch fibers through out the years. But I'm sure most would agree you could still be a factor in world class powerlifting if you changed up your training and diet.

Man, you really want me to hit that again, huh?

I'll think. I have been asked to bench in the meet @ the Olympia...We will see. With one of those crazy shirts, I could hit close to 800lbs.

Maybe a little.  Not much, your pics may help :-*

Good job Rhino, competition or not that is a some serious weight.  I am 300lbs away from that and it might as well be 3000.

I thought about those but how much more heat do I want to generate in the crotchal region during squats?

I chalk up with lime to kill the odor.

No problem man, I have an older brother that weighs as much as you do, and he is a half foot taller. I am scared of him, therefore I would have to be suicidal to be anything other than respectful of a man that could probably pic up the back of my truck if I was trying to get away from you if I irritated you :P ;D
