The Superman Body
« on: June 21, 2006, 04:36:32 AM »
I always admired comics, when I was a kid. Hero's that could fly and smashing through walls. The whole idea of being more, then just normal gave me an idea to start bodybuilding. I couldnt fly or smash through brick walls, but maybe I could look more like what I wanted to be when I was a kid. Yoo see the comic superman, not now. More of the 80's type of superman, they made superman look awsome. Big shoulders, big arms, big legs, and a small waist. That's what I'm after. I've been working out since I was 12, now 25. I've learned alot and built my body to almost what I want. Here's my routine I have right now, tell me what you think?

Yes, I do it two different time periods. Legs in the morning and back in the evening.
