Have started to use the doggcrapp training program. A sure fire way to improve those giant arms they are sporting. Can't wait to see what it does for them.

Alexxx, are you the same Alex Romanyuk of Shippensburg, PA, that had your photo in the "feedback" section of the May 2006 Muscle and Fitness mag, page 34, 6-1, 190 pounds? Just curious, because the resemblance to the photos I've seen of you here is striking.

And before you start on in how it's only a 60-pound bar, this was a 36-rep set: 12 reps with hands all the way out to the edges of the bar, 12 reps with standard grip, and 12 reps with hands all the way together in the middle of the bar. Try it, it pumps and burns the biceps like a mother!

your arms are looking pretty big in that shot Ron, just ignore alexxx, his parents left him on the doorstep of a gay couple when he was a baby and all he's ever known is having two dads.

If that's true about Alex, sorry. I thought maybe he and I had something in common - "Romanyuk" sounds Russian and my mom's maiden name was Michelovich.

For the record, I hate those Russian Bear supplement ads with Val Vasilef. An insult to my proud Slavic people!

In due time. I hide them away overshadow my upperbody and apparently not up to the gay standart of hairlessness set on this forum.
