why cant a random juicer "beat" up a trained fighter? why cant anyone beat up a trained fighter?

It's possible, just not probable.

LOL. You probably have a little definition in your abs, and automatically think you're at 5% bodyfat. Monster delusions.

I am willing to bet I have more vascularity in my lower and upper abs than you do in your forearms, tubby.

I agree. Combat technique, at least in the preliminary stages, is not nearly as important as experience, endurance/speed/strength, and most importantly, controlled rage.

why?  how can you train for any possible situation? how can a certain number of techniques be applied to unlimited real life situations? unknown adversaries doesnt mean they are untrained adversaries.
forget what you know

Also they received a complaint that an instructer was teaching me martial arts?? Even though we where in the back section of the gym where they do cardio.. something about frighting the memebers  ???

I have to agree. If i saw two homos plugging each other in the ass in the back section of the gym I'd get a little creeped out. But stick with that "martial arts" story, it's not a bad cover.

Nobody walks around at 4% bodyfat year round. You're really embarrassing yourself here.

You fantasies seem to be doing a number on you, in this case number 2 but inverse.

Agree 100% again.

Its not as though technique can compensate for the sheer amount of force behind a punch.
Likewise, no amount of this "professional" training can compensate for the experience of fighting a variety of opponents in a variety of settings under a variety of different circumstances.

Relevant Analogy: Its the equivalent of claiming Technique/PerfectForm in weightlifting is more important than Brute Strength. Look at how guys like Coleman throw around extreme poundages with little regard for textbook form, range of motion, etc.

The only fantasy I have is that your mother stops calling me at 2 a.m. looking for some ball-juice. I gotta get some rest.

In his defense, most of the bodyfat analysis procedures have a large range of error.
I think ~3-5% is standard, most likely more for less elaborate/standardized measurements.

Reminds me of Flex Wheeler's bodyfat analysis: the instrument read 2.4% or so.

my damn power went out, I think we are having a tornado or something. Anyway, at the place I go to get massages(its a sports rehab clinic, but the massages are cheap), they put me in a tank of water and thats what my bf is. Don't care if you believe me or not. My doc always tells me to gain fat, but why would I want to? they also pinch my tricep with a prong, but they say its almost impossible to gauge on me.

i lived in the Olympic training center for 3 summers so i have seen the technique you speak of but the only true test is the chamber it kind of like a decompression chamber and it takes 36 minutes i am not doubting your lean i am just saying i don't think you have 4% all year around

mine is more like 8 minutes. If it was 36, I'd skip it.

I am bigger than Daniel Larusso, but seriously, I have no clue how to post a pic. If I did, do you think Emilio Estevez would be my avatar? I have a camera phone, maybe I'll figure it out if I get time.

You may weight 178 but your not the guy behind the counter with a grudge against someone for no reason...the reason you have obviuosly have a hobby of fighting and actually training instead of the majority of these people  that work at places like 24 where they whisper about you to their clients and "I'm pretty big for a natural" talk....no matter what gym I go to it's the same thing.
That's why when possible I like to go to small gyms where they actually say looking good and respect your hard work...and they hire people that "practice what they preach"

Yeah you don't want to gain weight that BF% and weight and you training like that you are probably very fast.

I can respect that. I just think that some people are way too quick to ask people to "go outside". The only time I have ever gotten defensive in the least bit on here is when people speak of picking on weaker people. I make my living on "weaker" people and they are just normal people getting through their day like everyone else.
