 8)  Hey bros.....I am a frequent reader, but do not post often for the sake of learning and absorbing as much different info as I can.  Quick story,  I have been a dedicated bodybuilder/football play for 10 years.  In college, played balled, weighed 230lbs prob. about 10-12%bf (not true abs) at 6'2.  Good size, strong as hell, etc.  Didn't know too much about nutrition, nor did I really care.  I wached my diet, but not strict.  Weekends were beer and pizza, but all reasonable amounts.

I graduated and became a CPA.  Quickly found myself reading more and more and more and wanted to get that ripped look I never had before.  Did a few triatholons, and coupled with my "new" diet, found myself weighing 180 and pretty shredded.  Finally had the diced abs and was sorta strong.  Ate 6 times a day, but not much, because I sat in an office all damn day.  Not like college whereyou were up and movin....

WHELP, I am now 30, a cpa for a national bank, 6'2, and a shredded (lol) 170lbs.  I am addicted to training and cardio.  I train 6x a week, cardio 6-7 first thing in the am.  I still sit all day, thats the reason for my cardio in the am and my light eating (sorta)  I havent cheated in years and am so anal about my diet that it is a disease.  My parents think I am anorexic.  My test levels are EXTREMELY low (but always have been), I am weaker than shit in he gym and I look pathetic.  People don't even recognize me.

SInce then, I have overcome the disease and I want to get Big AGAIN.  aT LEAST TO WHERE i WAS.  And I need your help.  I am pondering the idea of running a low dose of test to help me feel better and get my levels to where they should be (have done it in the past) and I have some var on hand, winny and eq for down the road.  The thought of losing my abs is the one part I am having trouble beating.  WOuld you take a quick glance at my diet and let me know what you think.  6'2, 170lb prob. 7% bf, ab addiciton.....

First off you need to add some fat to your diet either via PB, Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil etc...Way too clean.

I would also add another meal before workout......way too long between meal and your workout.

Agree with the other guys you need more calories!  Guessing you have an ectomorph body type and are a hard gainer, probally comes from being one of those picky eater kids growing up??  :D  Lots of those types and no offence intended THINK they eat a lot, but in reality it is not even close.

You need more fat, carbs and protien in that diet.  Dont worry about skim milk, drink 2% or whole.  Egg whites? eat the whole damn egg.  2oz flank steak?? thats one bite!  get a minimum of 12 oz meat at each meal. 

Hard workouts, lots of good food, plenty of rest and decent testosterone levels......thats what makes you grow.

And drop the cardio.

cmon bro.....i need some serious help....

I would increase the Test doseage. If you're looking to get bigger start by doubling the Test. You could also take the Anavar for more then six weeks - I'd say take it eight weeks or so.

I also agree with everyone else who says you're going to need to increase your calories. Add some good fats & more protein.

If you're having a lot of body image issues maybe you should consider some professional help or counseling.

I am not one of these dudes that asks for advice and then turns the other way.  You guys said it, so its what I wil ldo.  Calories will be increased by 1,000 tomorrow.  More fats too.  Protein/carbs/fat at a ration of 50/50/10-12 in each of my 7 meals EXCEPT post/workout (60/50/0) and minutes before I crash (protein and tons of almonds!!!MM)  test at 400mg/wk.  I hate wasting gear to get to a point where I SHOULD be normally.....then having to go from there...I honestly need 50lbs of lean mass....I cant stand the thought of losing my abs....not a day goes by where I dont look at them, as sick as it is...I see them fade as the day goes on and I get depressed even though its friggn normal and Im more shredded than 80% of the nation....haha..but SKINNY!!  Weekends, should I let lose?  Eat whatever?  Then clean for 5 days?light light walk on the treadmill..cmon, will i still gain lean mass if i keep that little piece in?

Whoa - slow down  :o
Start with a 500 calorie increase - let your body adjust - esp with dropping the cardio.  You want to put on quality right? Light walk on the TM 3X/week should be fine.

No way bro...I know you are only being sincere and I am not against seeing a shrink if this fails.  I want to beat this shit with your help and my true dedication, but realize it might be a disease that I need professional help with.  HOWEVER, shrink, can RX drugs to help, but really doesnt understand the true passion we have as bodybuilding enthusiasts....so, I need you guys to help guide me..keep me on the path to bulking....when my abs fade, I want to talk to you and have you keep pushing me.....

NOW, the reason I have a drawn out diet is I dont want to have to think about what to eat, what to pack, etc...I want to do it all on sunday, tuppaware it, and be good to go......so it doesnt effect my work. 

I have another one drawn up which might be a little more cals, just need some help with a few meals.....Here it is and thanks for the support!

*Drop the Muscle Milk, purely over-rated over-priced junk...you want quality not just calories...find a good isolate powder instead.
*Throw in some whole eggs with your egg whites.
*I wouldn’t mess with the tuna, nothing wrong with it, but I'd prefer just sticking with beef and chicken.
*After your training, 30-40g of whey protein with 40-80g carbs, i.e. Gatorade, dextrose, etc.
* After your post w/o shake just have a meal similar to the chicken or beef one you already ate earlier in the day.

arnold - I appreciate your suggestions and will incorporate them.  You appear to be prety intelligent, but some advice I do not agree with, while other I do.  Muscle milk is one of the better casein products  u  will find.  Many even use it precontest and to incorpate 1-2 shakes a day is a great way to add solid protein and mcts into your diet.

Gatorade is far from optimal PW....dextrose, yes...gatorade is fructose and high corny syrup...JUNK

Tuna, well, sometimes we get sick of met and tators....I am using the intital diet up top anyways, and will prob. be bumping it to 3 cups of ats minimum a day!

your bitching about muscle milk and pro's use it.YOU are NOT a pro!!!! your body IS NOT THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE's. what works for others may not work for you.

Woooo...tiger...I have taken in everything you guys have spit at me and have alterered my diet completely with you help.  I never said a lick about pros and I realize that everyone is different.  Where did that rant come from bro, hope you are not in a pissed off mood and taking it out on me.  I am very interested in what you have to say and will do it to it.  All I said was that I beleve that muscle milk is a very valuable supplement.  Do you gus not agree?  If you say its not a great protein source (next to red meats, egg, chicken, etc) I'll dump the tubs I have out....plain and simple.  SHould I toss in some nuts almonds, walnuts into my shake instead?  It's very cheap to use muscle milk (like $18 for 2lbs..., so I do disagree with it being overpriced.)  Esp. when you only have 1-2 a day.

I didn't disagree with anything else except the gatorade.   I've always know fructose to be subobtipal postworkout....tell me I'm wrong, and Ill use it....ZEEK - I am on you side bro......no need to get riled up with me.  We can learn off each other....

Muscle milk has a lot of sat fat...I don't care for that, there are just better choices out there IMO.
You are right about almost right about Gatorade, but if you buy the powdered form then you are getting a quality post training carb...not so with the pre-made liquid.

Roger that bro!  and the Sat fat was the one item that I fretted at first too.  Thats why I NEVER take more than 1 scoop as a serving, then add 1 scoop of reg. whey.....that wat its only 4g of sat fat and 9g of totatl fat.....HOwever, I wont buy it again.  Thnx.  For my meal minutes before bed, it usually goes:

1 scoop Muscle Milk
1/2 scoop whey
1/2 cup low sugar skim

2 cups dry curd cottage cheese.....
What would u do, mix the MM and toss in a handful of almonds?  Fats postworkout ok?

gatorade works for many....why not just get some cheapo dextrose.....it's 1/10th the price.....I may even try oats as a complex carb or a banana to see how my body reacts....so here's my diet this week, any quick tweeks?  Too much of an adjustment too quickly?

Say 50g of carbs, 50 pro and 10-12 fat in every meal, except no fats postworkout and no carbs or little carbs pre bed???

take a pen and paper no need for your money ;)

1 stay at the same solid food diet you are on

2 add in NORMA TEST ENANTHATE 500mg/week or TESTEX ELMU CYP 500mg/week + 400mg/week NORMA deca or (if cant get legit norma) BD deca. optional 30mg/ day dianabol (either pink anabol b.disp-if legit or naposim)

3 add into your diet DORIAN YATES APPROVED MBF and i only suggest this SPECIFIC product to you! 2 times daily (2 servings daily) one post work and one as a meal replacment 3 hours before your last meal (you will HAVE to change your training time or your diet schedule)

4 add in BCAA by optimum nutrition (POWDER not caps)

5 add in digestive enzymes in each meal (digestall? by mrm recomended,,cant remember the exact name)

6 train right! TRAIN SMART at your age! 30-35 IS NOT 24!

7 reduce training to 4 tsessions/week (cardio is optional and should be ONLY walking on the threadmil no more than 2-3 times a week and no longer than 30min

8 end result will put you at around 240-250lb at 10%-13% within 2 cycles 8-12 weeks each.

9 over all process will take 8-10 months.

ok take your muscle milk and your whey mix it with 4 raw eggs. I just dont like the taste of muscle milk,goat milk is good.....

Im just not sure what your tring to do are you wanting to lean out or get big?

F*** leaning out bro..I'm sub 7% and unhealthy....no energy, aneroxic looking...I WANT SIZE!  I just need toovercome the loss of abs that will come, but I know they will be back.  How can we incorprate the above two responses?  Should I take Muscle milk or leave it out...I will get some bcaas this week.........thats done.  I have papaya enzme but will get another digestive enzyme.  I will also get Yates MRP...HOWEVER, I do have a ton of those Myoplex packets, are those as adequate?  How about Cytogainer???  Yates I'll have to order, but cytogainer I can get at my gym.

So, do you think my diet is not adequate for someone wanting lean size?  I will add in the yolks and anything else you have to add....trsut me, want to make you boys proud.  Enough of this "BOY ARE YOU A MARATHON RUNNER..."  I want want my defensive end college build back....I am 30...yes I know....not 24, but NOT 60!!!  30 is prime!!  Just a few things:

I sit all dayin an office (CPA), so the midnset of eating all day is hard.........I need to beat this.
I do cardio 6 days a week at a very mild incline walk for 30 minutes to overcombat this.
On Monday (TODAY) I train at 530am before work for 1.5 hours, have my oats and whey shake at 745 and then EAT ALL DAY which is a great feeling because I know I worked out and the food is going to repair!
I know its horrid tolift on an empty tank, but some bcaas and vit b-, has always done ok for me...PLUS it's one day a week.

Finally, I trained or mentored a 50 year old in my gym that actually won the Muscle and Fitness transformation contest.  He got 5,000 in free supplements and gave me half.  So, I have a friggn TON of myoplex, oh yea, detour, bars....some are decently low in sugar, others are pretty high in sat. fat......would u eat em or pitch em?  Hoenslty.

Lastly, I love to eat right before I got to bed while I realx and watch the tube.  Is my final meal ok?  Would you add in nuts?  Finagle my diet for me and I am all over it!!

   Hey bros.....I am a frequent reader, but do not post often for the sake of learning and absorbing as much different info as I can.  Quick story,  I have been a dedicated bodybuilder/football play for 10 years.  In college, played balled, weighed 230lbs prob. about 10-12%bf (not true abs) at 6'2.  Good size, strong as hell, etc.  Didn't know too much about nutrition, nor did I really care.  I wached my diet, but not strict.  Weekends were beer and pizza, but all reasonable amounts.

I graduated and became a CPA.  Quickly found myself reading more and more and more and wanted to get that ripped look I never had before.  Did a few triatholons, and coupled with my "new" diet, found myself weighing 180 and pretty shredded.  Finally had the diced abs and was sorta strong.  Ate 6 times a day, but not much, because I sat in an office all damn day.  Not like college whereyou were up and movin....

WHELP, I am now 30, a cpa for a national bank, 6'2, and a shredded (lol) 170lbs.  I am addicted to training and cardio.  I train 6x a week, cardio 6-7 first thing in the am.  I still sit all day, thats the reason for my cardio in the am and my light eating (sorta)  I havent cheated in years and am so anal about my diet that it is a disease.  My parents think I am anorexic.  My test levels are EXTREMELY low (but always have been), I am weaker than shit in he gym and I look pathetic.  People don't even recognize me.

SInce then, I have overcome the disease and I want to get Big AGAIN.  aT LEAST TO WHERE i WAS.  And I need your help.  I am pondering the idea of running a low dose of test to help me feel better and get my levels to where they should be (have done it in the past) and I have some var on hand, winny and eq for down the road.  The thought of losing my abs is the one part I am having trouble beating.  WOuld you take a quick glance at my diet and let me know what you think.  6'2, 170lb prob. 7% bf, ab addiciton.....

PLAN:
250MG TEST CYP/WEEK 1-12
VAR 8-14 AT 40MG/DAY

Mild incline walk on treadmill, 3.5mph, 8.5incline for 30 minutes at 5:30am

DIET
700AM   
1/2 cup egg whites   
1/2 cup oats   
1/2 cup skim   
1 SCOOP PRO COMPLEX---   
   
   
10AM   
3/4 CUP OATS   
1/2 cup egg whites

2OZ FLANK STEAK

30 shit thats still young Im 33, are you taking any AAS? or thinking about it?

all I can say if your wanting to bulk up a little get some fat in your diet not alot.

you can cheat 1 time and go to Mc donold's or something like that  ;)

.......I need to beat this.

I know its horrid tolift on an empty tank, but some bcaas and vit b-, has always done ok for me...PLUS it's one day a week.


That's a condtradiction to everything else you've said.

Go ahead - answer yourself.














But you feel it ok to lift after having not eaten for 6-8 hours?  So by the time 7:30 rolls around, it's been what? 10 hours?
