So my uncles in town and i haven't seen him for a while and he wanted to come to the gym with me. Yesterday was chest day and i was all pumped up to out lift him. I had the worst workout ever, he wouldn't spot me with any forced reps, and the whole time i was doing flyes he was telling me i was doing it wrong. I started with the 50's for an easy 12 then the next set he hands me the 20's and tells me to practice my form with these, completely humiliated me in front of everyone.
Anyways ill get to the point, i just got past a bit of a plateau and I'm making awesome gains. He wants to come train legs with me again today and workout with me for the rest of the week. I dont want to waste a good week of training, what should i tell him?
