Lunch at 12:30: 32 oz Lemonande ~ Protein Drink 50 grams ~ Pepperoni Pizza Roll(which was a joke got out of vend machine at work) 3 Musketeer Bar
Snack 3:30: Glass of Mountain Dew ~ Protein Drink 50 Grams
Dinner 5:30: McDonalds 10 pc McNugget ~ Dbl Cheeseburger ~ Large Frie ~ Large Rootbeer with 3 refills
Snack around 9pm: Bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch(Excessively LARGE Bowl 1/3 of box
Snack around 11pm: Protein Shake 50 grams
