40 min cardio only 4 times a week right now, gonna try to bring it up to 5-6 times a week..its tough though..down to 223, from 240 in april. im doing 20 min treadmill, 10 min grueling stairmaster, and 15 min recumbent bike..
Just taking Designer protein , ZMA, and mutlis. I was thinking about buying some CLA, anyone using this for fat loss? Musclemag had a great write up on it recently.
