I wanted to start a thread on this.

Generally I like FLEX but after reading that article I honestly have no idea what on earth doggcrapp training is.  ???

All that the article really covered was Dave Henry going to the gym and working out hard.  All I gathered about doggcrapp is that muscular hypertrophy comes through heavy resistance training (i.e., strength gaining = muscle gaining).

 ???

I really don't know anything on the finer points of DC training after reading that article.  I like FLEX like I said, but that article was not very helpful.

They gonna have a doggcrapp feature soon but if you want to find out what dc is read the interview with dante and ron harris:

from the previous link...

What are the basic principles of DC Training?

Heavy progressive weights, lower volume but higher frequency of bodyparts hit, multi-rep rest pause training, extreme stretching, carb cuttoffs, cardio, high protein intake and blasting and cruising phases (periodization)."

Well given that he constantly makes trainers from 30-70 pounds heavier in a years time with or without super supplements.. I would say he knows a thing or two about training. ;) Oh and bodyfat has to remain the same.

Perception is reality, my man.  The person that wrote the cookie diet is a millionaire.....if I tried to sell my diet to the general public I wouldn't get 2 buiyers....why because it is NOT the cookie diet.  Please, man...if your gonna tell people how to do something than you should be good at it your self....Go hire a poor financial adviser...a pitching coach that can't pitch.....a chef that can't cook.....a boxing trainer that can't box....what do you think Emanual Stewart would think of a boxing trainer that never boxed...teddy atlas, Kevin rooney, Freddie Roach.......Wake up world.  The internet prayes on the naive.....if a guy came into my gym 20 years ago (mr americas) and told people how to train but he was a nobody people would laugh.....  Remember...if you shouwed a 12 year old a pix of Hulk Hogan and lee haney in 1985 and asked who has more muscles EVERY KID would say Hulk Hogan.......Perception is reality.  You want the truth ask me the REAL f---- deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "doggcrap" cult is a joke.  The "training principles" are just a rehash of existing methods, and the extreme protein intake is a joke...  massive waste of money and a good way to give yourself the shits at best, good way to fucck up your body at worst.
monster truth.
