Sadistic 4th of July gym owning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there's this juicer in my gym 5'8" 250lbs. with fairly low bf levels and i hadn't seen the dude in a while and he was in the gym today looking like he lost at least 70lbs. like someone let the air out of him and i said, "damn dude you're looking so skinny and weak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" i said it pretty loud too then i said, "what the hell happened to you?" he says, "aww Dave you know where i've been" now i had heard awhile back that he had been locked up for something but i had completely forgotten about it, then i rolled up my right shirt sleeve, hit a biceps shot and said, "damn dude i'm just trying to get these arms as HUGE as yours", hahahaha, now mind you his arms are currently 14 inches at most, i could literally see his eyes get glassy and tear up.

sarcasm, I've come to the conclusion your are between the ages of 13 and a very immature 20. "Juicer in my gym 5'8" 250lbs"- and now sports 14 inch gunz....WTF ever ::)

he's been out of comission for awhile, like a year, i'm just telling you what i saw, i'm 34 by the way, my goal was to totally demoralize him because he is a little bitch who totally relied on juice for his gains.

With the reply that he made he seems like a genuine guy, that is hitting the gym even while not juicing and trying to better himself from a bad situation...seems like a asshole thing to do on your part

On a 4th of July related note I went to the local gym today and hit a PR of 575 lbs on the stiff-legged deadlift.  I used a hook grip and wore no belt and used just a minimum of chalk so the fitness club people would not get mad at me.
