Resizing for MMA fight
« on: July 05, 2006, 06:44:19 AM »
Anyone have any good training/diet regimen I could use outside my MMA training to lose BF and resize for my fight. Im 205 at about 15% bf (more or less) and need to resize for a fight at about 170(cutting water and BF etc).   Let me know, thanks.

you could probably find some good advice here but if i were you i would go to the source, and check out sherdog.com and their forums since they have a shitload of fighters that actually did it for real

I didnt think that would be a great place to post because most topics were on fighters and what not.
