Calves seem smaller than 19".   I also don't buy the 21" arms claim.

the guy looked awesome but there is absolutely no way that his arms were 21 or his chest was 57, i'd say 48 or 49 on the chest and 18 on the arms max and that's being generous but he didn't have to have huge measurements to look incredible.
