Do the IFBB drug test the Pros???They say they have a stand on the use of drugs but with No test who are they bull sh#ting.No wonder not many of these guys get to be grand parents.It's very sad.

I think it's only diuretics, and guys have sued their way out of that.

True drug testing would remove the freak appeal - it would be fans to see guys onstage that looked like Bill pearl, when there are bigger and leaner guys at their gyms.

The IFBB just said to hell with it and let them take growth hormones and steroids. They told me there's too many ways around getting tested. That's no bull...

So I guess the Law doesn't have any say in it,I thought it was illegal but I guess Not.So Ben and Joe know people are dying using Drugs and do nothing to stop it as long as their bank account gets bigger.I have no idea why these guys risk it all for so little,like how many sports does it cost you more to compete than what you get with a win or place,not mention the Health problems.Very Sad.

Bodybuilders do it because they want to be big strong supermen then little weak girly men. Sorry, I'm very high on myself right now.

If there are guys dying it's more due to shooting cocaine and shit like that, not bodybuilding drugs. A recreational drug test would be more appropriate if they were concerned for the athletes' healths.

Nothing strong about committing suicide.I thought going to the gym and training hard lifting weights and eating right was going to make you strong if that is what they want.Another thing I have no idea about is why would some of these guys use Synthol now that is just Stupid fill a muscle with oil and think it looks great.NOT.

Sorry I thought IOC drug tests did check for all banned substances not just steroids and other building drugs.

The same reason why they dont test in WWF.
I hypothesize that because they are basically more entertainers and not athletes like futbol players, olympians and what have you where there is alot of instituionalism(NFL, NBA, MLB) and corporate (Pro Golf, Tennis, Tour De France) support. The powers that control BB are basically Weiders so it has to at least start from the top before anyhting happens... The MLB knew what they were doing and only until recent has pressure mounted to have testing more stringent...Vince McMahon baically controls wrestling but he isnt going to do anyhting , heck he juices too!

It seems like a fair trade death for making money for promoters and the IFBB and mags.At least stand by the rules and do drug testing or take it out of IFBB Doping rules.

No just a girl who has spent some time reading stuff on here most of it is hate and crap some of the remarks come from losers who will always be losers but I do not understand the whole drugs in a sport that has a rule book thick with Rules that are never practiced.IFBB have alot to answer for.Promoting steroid using guys killing themselves for nothing it just seems crazy.IMO.

steroids are not illegal in many places throughout the world, including parts of Europe, Mexico, much of South America.

You might want to look into night school before you hurt yourself on those word things.... jk ( i only jk for new ppl) If history has taught us anything about power is that power currupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutey...rules were meant to be broken, esp if your making them. BB is a monopoly, plain and simple...most of the laws and campaigns that they might have are more for appearances... hope that helps , keep reading on, are you hot?

They are in America....when i last checked Mr. Olympia, the Arnold, The Ironman, NYPro, NOC, ect ect were in america ....Now if you were in Austrailia then for instance the law states that only people name Lee Priest can place high on name recognition

So steroids are legal in some places but not in the USA so the american Pro BBs are all working within the law and not using illegal drugs,so the IFBB have no problems with drug use in this sport.If the money was millions of dollars and they got in and out once cashed maybe we could understand but for nothing.
